The Corsin Domain’s Saint-Véran ‘Vieilles Vignes’ has a glinting light gold colour with green tints. Its aroma is expressive, fine and elegant, intertwined with fine, woody notes. Its complex bouquet is constructed around fruit and white flowers. The attack on the palate is full and round with mineral notes prolonged by a generous and slightly acid flavour.
Between 13° and 14°C. Goes perfectly with fish, sea-foods, white meats and snails.
