Along with its bright colour, the Corsin Domain’s Pouilly-Fuissé first growth ‘Aux Chailloux’ offers a refreshing, slightly woody, mellow fragrance, with a hint of minerality. The attack on the palate is fresh and well-balanced, with just a hint of vanilla. The balance between fruit and minerality is to be observed in the harmonious taste of this wine which benefits from one of the most favourable microclimates of our vineyards.
